You do hear sakura, but it's probably not the sound you're thinking of. the pulsing pad is the sakura, the vox synth after the chorus was sound designed in Serum
I hear Sakura type sound so this automatically has to be FL, not Soundation. But either way it's a nice addition to the song, never heard Sakura in this genre.
