What are your thoughts on loops?

depends. A one shot is fine, and sampling is fine (as well as splicing) but I hate overused loops :(((

Touch go as in like it's a subject you touch on but it can go either way because it's got it's benefits and got it's downfalls

Yeah I agree, but sometimes the loops are so good it's all you wanna hear so it's really a touch go subject

sometimes loops are a good thing when its not fully made of loops

depends on the melody and if it has vocals
