The feature button would be on the bottom right side of the track you want to feature

If you have your own group, you click on where it says view all tracks, then you find the track you want to feature, then you should see a button underneath it that says feature. Just click that

featured tracks are the first thing people see when they view our group. So, if i featured one of your tracks, it is one of the first songs people will see. It's good for getting views and likes and stuff. i usually feature the 3 tracks with the most votes.
