Welcome to a new Tips & Tricks group!
The subject for this group is MIXING with the purpose of me and you to share and discuss mixing tips and tricks of all sorts! And feel free to ask questions if you have them!
So hopefully we can get a discussion going so we can all make our tracks sound the best possible! Or just learn a thing or two.
Check out Andreas Tips N’ Tricks for more sound design/synthesizer tips.

I must sadly say I need to learn the ways of mixing properly... I noticed most of my tracks are always maxing on the wave player. How can I have loud volumes (which is needed for any sound made in the wubmachine) in my mixes without maxing the player? I dont want to hear limiter bc that completely destroies my sounds ive tested it before. I use the equalizer and never go over 50% unless im lowering another level below 30% usually with basses I go low 70 mid 30 high 10 and they still seem to max out... y must this be so complicated for my bass embedded brain?

Anyone here know how I can fix/readjust the bass/sub bass of a song using Soundation Studio? I am literally having to touch up/remaster an artists' song, right now. But the trouble is that the original producer really messed up with the sub bass of the song. It is distorted and not crisp, clear. Like too loud. How would I go about lowering the volume?

A good plug-in bundle is Waves. There is a lot of different things in it like, Compressors,EQs,Effects,Vocals, all kinds of different plugs-ins to choose from.So I recommend it for anybody.

@BackBonez It's not a bad idea but might be a hard one with time zones and working hours. But if this group gets going and engage more people it might be something to think about!

@BASS4ROG Do it, I'd like to hear what it sounds like! Just provide some info and what you do and post it. Maybe we could get a discussion going on mastering. It's quite a complicated topic really.

@sedduardo Ah I see what you mean. Actually, that might just be a graphical bug :)

I can post an unmastered and mastered version of one of my songs on here if you guys would like that to see the difference in what I did
