Not really lol it's more what you value more. Cause one person might enjoy the likes more than plays while it is vice versa for another. It's like asking someone whether or not they like a certain politician more than another. One person has way different thoughts on that certain politician than another. So basically it just matters what you value the most. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hm, I guess it depends on what you think is more important; relevance on this site or relevance outside of it, in that case. As always, keylime provides a smashing defeat against my argument, but in this case, I don't mind because it's all for the common good of figuring out the answer to an enormously important question :3

I think some people download because they prefer listening outside of soundation. I had an online friend who I wanted to check out a song once, and he did so by downloading it, but I guess he had to wrestle with the download, supposedly it was bugging/not working or something, because I then ended up with about 80 or so more downloads in a matter of minutes. Idk, our steam chat discussing it is probably long gone by now.

I disagree, because people who download your songs might end up just posting it somewhere else and taking credit for it and at least on this site likes are what get songs to the trending page, so yeah, I say likes are more important ;p
