You can't expect every newcomer to be professional on a publicly open site available to a range of ages. Admittedly yes, stating that one is new and nothing more is not really useful in getting somewhere, but it shouldn't be disparaged against. Newcomers should feel welcome. If one is lost they can ask for help, but also, one could state that they are new as means of introducing oneself, and through response, acquire a feel of how the community is. As for learn, yes it's there, but it often goes missed, kinda like those terms and conditions agreements that everyone skips.

also, don't go around criticising random people's songs because they don't sound as good as higher league people, but should give them respect because it might've been hard to make. advise is a good thing, so if you see someone giving advise, don't ignore or get mad, because it's not like they hate the song, they are just trying to improve the song. i'm not saying they DO get mad at you, i'm just saying anyone new shouldn't. this has been my discussion about soundation and rules, new people, learning, and criticism.
all the reasons
i notice that some people say 'can someone tell how the blah blah blah works' even through at the top of the screen it says "Learn." and also, people don't usually read the rules. in the learn section, it talks about how to use soundation, and what the rules are. when disregarding these rules, it usually results in a ban. i forgot about the rules one time and said some innapropiate stuff, and i got warned not to do that again, so i didn't. it is okay to accidently spill a can of worms, but you shouldn't go around ignoring the rules for no reason, and are set there for a purpose.

alright everyone, i think it's time we have a conversation about soundation. when someone joins soundation, you don't go into a group and announce you're new. when you join, you create you're first song and pubish it to the let the world know you're. panda-danni, not criticising, but you shouldn't say this. or at least not in such a way like that. maybe like... 'hello! i am new to soundation, so i need help navigating my way through. can someone help me?' now you don't specifically have to say that, but something like that.
