Yea, using tools such as snipping, reversing, pitch stretching, and time stretching.
Much like how I tried making songs using only 1 kind of instrument as a challenge, I'm considering trying something similar with only a limited number of loops. Kinda just another experiment for pointless challenge sake.

I don't think using loops is wrong, but you gotta do/include something that makes the song more distinct and unique.
