I think you should make the melodies and leads louder, and turn up the gain/cutoff/whateversmakingtemufflednoise for the drums.
I think it needs more sounds to accompany some repetitive parts, mix it up and make them different maybe.

A breakdown..hm..DnB has like been one of my favorite genres.. Probably because of the Bass and the fast tempo..I wonder if maybe I should get into this genre more.. I appreciate everyone's comments though..Because it means a lot to me..
