again, just my own opinion. I try not to give criticism unless i know how to do it too, just in case the person im criticising needs help in doing what i said its embarrassing to be like "idk how to do it" even tho im the one that recommended it. ya know?
@salad overdoze and key lime are right, and honestly knowing how to do something like make music is its own kind of bias because for most consumers who don't know how to make it, they have a more open mind about what can be considered good and bad, no one should be excluded from judging music because everyone can potentially have something valuable to contribute.
I'd have to disagree with Salad, just because you are a consumer of a product doesn't mean you can't critique it for not being a producer of a similar brand of product. Video game play testers can give feedback on a game despite not making games of their own. Apply similar logic to music.
