First, you are using quite a few loops right? Anyway, this is just sort of a jumble of several different sounds. Your goal as a composer is to compose the notes and sounds into one motion. Your beats are very badly off-beat, and the song lacks coherency. If you are using loops, then please try making your own music. It is good to experiment early on, but soon you need to actually make songs by your own skill.
