It's not THE best of ALL tracks submitted that determines what gets a feature, it's just a track that they decide to feature if they find it interesting enough. So it doesn't mean this track is rated above yours, they just felt that this track is good enough to deserve a feature. That threshold of what determines what is feature-worthy is where disagreement comes in though, but it is up to the staff to decide where that lies whether we agree or disagree (however strongly that may be).
