i think hes talking about the part at 0:14, the instrument for the arp is either not playing the notes fast enough or the instrument itself was meant to be detuned

ok wow i actually gonna ask, what does the tuning mean? i just a starter at making music lol
It's nice but there's still a bit of out of tune instruments and random scratch noises. I will say it is a bit better than your first attempt.
