There are a few things about 40 seconds in which do not seem to be lined up, so double check that. I agree with the previous comments that it sounds like more than one song, but it also sounds like two songs competing in the middle. Stick with one theme instead of switching around a lot.
I really liked your song a lot! I liked all the different sounds you choose to use. some things i would consider you changing is maybe keeping on one rhythm throughout the whole song. One other thing i would suggest is to do a more vast fade out

I would suggest keeping one rhythm throughout our song. Your song did flow well at 2:00. You also had a good fade out at the end of your song. Also, at the beginning of the song, your built up well.
