yea, even if u think what ur doing is right, just take a moment. breathe, get some water, tell someone what's going on, and try talking to someone (im not suggesting a therapist if you dont want one). it helped me a loot, and i never get depressed anymore. sometimes, it's good to try something, weven if you dont want to do it. right?

What you really need to do is just stop. You need to just stop and think about what you are going to do. Are you just going to sit there and do nothing with your life or are you going to do something about this. It is up to you to choose.

I agree with Okami_V2 there are people who can help you. Maybe you just need to find the right person to make you happy.
