I've been struggling with ADHD for a while. You start one thing, then you get distracted, do all these other things, and by the end of the day you've failed to do that one thing you were going to do originally. It's like fighting an uphill battle to keep my mind on the task in front of me. I tried to capture an air of grittiness but also a sense of both familiarity and foreignness; which is why I only used sawtooths for this besides an SPC. I hope you enjoy this track!
