The first seven seconds is a good set of chords. I'd just use those and only slight rework them to build this track. Most of the rest of the chords are too much for a video game track in my opinion. It all just gets a bit muddled throughout the track (1:33-1:39 is good too though). In general, you just want good background music with a dark feel to it all that's not too distracting for a video game.
