This would be world music with hip hop influences probably. I can't recall any world genres with hip hop style or vice versa, but world music is very versatile and so if a traditional Indonesian artist decides to make Indonesian Rock, it is generally called World Music. So maybe a simple Caribbean Hip Hop for the title and either use the Hip Hop/Urban as you currently have, or use the World one. That's my genre advice. ;D
