@Shards That sound also makes a really whistle/kazoo sound when played at higher octaves search up 'Kero Kero Bonito Flamingo' And then listen to the song

If you want a more generic sounding bass, load in the Clav preset, then change all of the op frequencies to 0.00. Then change all of the level knobs to 0 except for those of dials 1 and 2. keep those at 99. After that add distortion and filter to 104 Hz.

@geobeck I have an amazing heavy sub bass for the FM. So load in the FM synth choose clear as your preset. For dial 1 change the op frequency to 0.00. Then change the in the bottom right hand corner of the synth you will see the pitch envelopes. Change L1 to 53 and L3 to 19. Then add distortion and filter to 60 Hz. Hope this helps.

Oh, good! Glad to hear your problem is solved :D
I actually don't use the FM Synth too much because it is super confusing for me, so can't help ya there :/

That's probably it. I deleted the first loop and replaced with one of the subsequent copies, and it's fine now. Of course, after listening to the different sounds, I've gotten pulled off on a nice detour creating a bass sound from scratch. I've dived down the rabbit hole of FM synthesis. Has anyone got a good FM bass sound?

Well, considering no one else is answering this, I will :P
I have no idea what could possibly be going on, especially if the loops are in the same audio channel. What could be going on is you could just have two of them placed on top of each other during the first time it plays. Hope I'm right lol

Brand new here, trying to figure this out and get a song out of my head and into the world. One issue I've got right off the top: I've copy/pasted a loop into the working area, and for some reason the second and subsequent copies are quieter than the first one. It's not a matter of note velocity because it's a straight copy. Any ideas?
