I did it yesterday thanks to dessert man's suggestions lol, it definitely cleaned up my feed and I was only following 5 or so groups. If I'm following anymore, they're long dead and no one is posting any songs on them
I guess I can appreciate that but on the other hand if you did post it in like 10 channels at once, it's easier to skip the posts and go to the actually new music. Then again, that might make your music susceptible to skipping by people who don't like it that much. Idk
I just do it to get it out all the people I can, (mainly my followers) because not all of them are on at once and other people post their stuff pushing my track further down on the feed. Most people don't scroll down to look at new tracks cause they usually expect just spam for a couple pages. As long as it works I guess
I mean, I don't mind other people doing it if they only post it like to one or two groups at a time (like what I do) but if they post it where it takes up three whole pages of the feed it's annoying
It is annoying lol but it is working so I don't mind either. It just means having to go through a bunch of posts because I already listened to this song and finding a song I haven't heard only to find this post right underneath it and having to be ready to skip over to the next song after the one I haven't listened to is over xD

It's a big difference when you aren't following any groups, maybe I should do that lol

So I'm the weirdo that does scroll down my soundation feed until I get to the part I've seen last, huh.
Though I make sure to unfollow group pages after joining to not fill up my feed. I then check the group pages manually.
So really my feed can only fill with anything from the 17 people I follow or any soundation news (which isn't all that frequent).
