This sounds like either an organ (specifically a reed organ), ir a clarinet with massive amounts of reverb, little to no release, a little bit off attack, all of the sustain, (lol) with an equalizer or too that is heavily automated but focuses on the mids, a compressor and low and hipass filters. It does sound like a wind or reed instrument though.
