Simply put, Soundation requires you pay to use samples. FL on the other hand, gives you a lot just through the demo. More than Soundation, in all honesty. - With frustration, from an FL Studio user of 3+ yrs.
You can make a good track without a lot of plugins. Soundation doesn't automatically win because you can make something with many of the presets and samples this DAW provides for you. I'm not implying you do, but many people on this site do that, and honestly I've done that a couple of times. You can make anything good on both DAWs, so why should we compete over them?
I'll be honest... You don't need "more diversity" if you used FL Studio to make the track. In comparison to Soundation, at least, if you ask me, FL Studio gives a sound that's 5x more professional and "Industry-grade", or so they call it. Good track though.
