I paid to upgrade my account.
But the Soundation studio still won't let me use the "Premium" sounds.
Every time I try to use one, it says that I need to upgrade first.
I already upgraded!
Anyone else have this problem? :)

which account did you upgrade to? you need a premium account to use those sounds.
