Best EDM Artist

As I start my 3-4 month leave from Soundation, I was inspired by DJ Mel to create an EDM contest. I will not take part in this contest, due to my leave, but I will be judging the songs that are posted on here. The competition will begin on July 31st, and end on October 31st, giving you three months to come with the best EDM song you've ever made. After October 31st, no one can post another track! The same day, voting will be enabled, and members can vote for their favorite tracks. On November 10th, voting will close and no one else may vote for a track. You have a maximum limit to 5 votes, although you don't have to use all 5. I will look over the songs and will choose the top 5, 4 being in order of the highest votes to the lowest, and 1 will be my pick. This decision will be made up by November 20th, and the top 5 must present me with a Trance song by November 27th. I will look over the songs and choose the top 3 winners on November 30th. There will also be winners for certain genres (Dubstep, House, Drumstep, DnB, Electro, Glitch Hop, Hard Dance, Trance) If you made a Trance song in the beginning of the competition and are chosen as one of the top 5, you may use the same track or create a different one. Here are the rewards: 1st place: Bragging rights, collab if wanted. 2nd place: collab if wanted 3rd place: Bragging rights Winners of EDM genres: bragging rights Here are some of the rules: 1. Here We Go Remix Challenge

Congrats to the winners and everyone else for submitting a remix! I can tell most of you put a lot of time and effort into your tracks. Thanks everybody for participating and thanks to soundation crew for featuring “Here We Go” and making this a featured group.Winners🏆 1st Place – Overdoze I don’t listen to a lot of dubstep but this was just insane. 12 votes, people begging for this to win. Why not. 🏆 2nd place – Joxxster I like that the first half was House and the second half was trap. Made it more interesting. Love that classic clean joxxster bass 🔥 🏆 3rd place – Vicious V53 Interesting twist on the original with a house/trance style drop. Pretty good overall. Honorable mentions Esk - Drop’s a vibe. Clean bass. UNCLASSIC - Again, I don’t listen to a lot of dubstep, but this wasn’t bad. Some of the growls seemed a bit off-beat, but idk if that’s how it's supposed to be. Lettasu - Agogo nice 👌. Kinda like a mix of here we go and wide bass. Killed my ears. Love it! PETE - Would’ve loved to hear an actual high quality version, but sadly Europa wasn’t released yet. Nice job though!
