This is a start, but it needs more. Your A sections will be great as long as you add a melody part (something you can sing, a synth or a bass line would work). Your B and C sections need to be longer and are each missing something. Your B section needs a melody, while your C section needs a rhythm or beat part. Lastly, cut off that dead space and the tail ending, you don't need it. You've got a lot of work to do, get going:)
