Judging for Ministry of Soundation Contest: I have already heard this track before so had to be unbiased as possible x). I think the mixing of these loops could have been done better. Nice use of effects. Gets better halfway through. Despite the grindyness of the loops when (i'm guessing) you stretched them (pitch or time stretch) it was a nice selection of loops. Though I will restate that I think these loops could have been mixed better.
