From what I've heard. It is no longer definitive because there are so few entries. So instead of a deadline of time, it may be a deadline of entry count.
Well I don't know how late I'm at this, but I'll try giving it a go, though I can't guarantee how soon I'll have made something. So if you feel you have enough entries you can announce winners even if I haven't posted yet.
