Mine couldn't handle it while i was making it either lol. Just solo what channels you're working on at the moment and then do the same to the ones you hadn't worked on after you're done with those ones. Sometimes you might have to post the track, make it visible to only yourself and listen. It's what I have to do with most of my tracks cause they have so much going on in them.
ok, the thing is the type of computer i have (chromebook) can't handle that much things. so when i'm trying to make remixes of music the music would usually have lots of channels and it makes it extremely laggy, like EXTREMELY laggy

it's really messy. Try staying in key too. There's also two months til the contest is over, so take your time.
