don't worry I used to use them, too, probably us all at first. But I really would recommend using note clips and adding your own notes, instead of using loops from the library. In order to made a note clip, you need to have a blue instrument channel. then just double click and it should appear. Click on that and then you can add notes. If there aren't any instrument channels go to the bottom left and there should be a button that says 'add instrument channel' hoped this helped! :D if you have any more questions feel free to PM me.
