Hello Young Maestro ECA class, Thank you for setting up your accounts here and I hope you have fun learning how to use the software and creating your own music. Because we are creating 'free' accounts, some features we cannot use, such as saving a file that has audio in it. That means you cannot record your voice or any sound with a microphone and put it in your creation. When we compose finished projects later on, we will then be able to use another software which is very professional and record with a quality microphone. So for now, you can simply plan what your vocals/lyrics will sound like, and a good way to remember a melody you have thought of for lyrics is to use an instrument that sounds like a voice and record it into your song.
