Hi I'm Pyrite! I started writing music in spring 2024, when I discovered Chrome Music Lab. I made some kind of decent music, but quickly got tired of the 2-instrument 16-bar trashy website, so I tried out a few other bad music websites, with no success. Then I discovered Soundtrap, a DAW that's like Soundation but not as fun. I made some stuff with loops, just messing around, and then finally I got good enough at composing to not need them anymore. Eventually I got tired of Soundtrap's bad synth and limited free version, so I looked for a better DAW and by chance found Soundation. It's not perfect, but it's real close and I've been making music here since then. Note: none of my songs have pre-made loops unless I say so in the description.
