I know what you mean. I think sometimes the first note from a midi will play at the start of another midi next to it, either doubling up the note making it louder or playing both notes at once, which can sound good or terrible. luckily for me it normally sounds ok. In my song Fuse at 04:57 seconds in the heavy glitch noise happened because my supersaw overlapped when there was foldback distortion on it, which basically butchered the sound but it sounded awesome anyway so I didn't fix it. XD

There are so many bugs in this one. You know, random notes, random louder parts. I think it's a problem in soundation, because I've seen it in other songs besides mine. :\

such bridge, much peace, so calmz. The dissonance makes It sounds SO sinister dude. And the Degrader makes me thinks of slender. Realy good man XD
