I have been singing for 26 years now and have always made music a major part of my everyday life. I auditioned for American Idol in 2009 and ARTS International last month. I have been writing song lyrics for the last few years, ultimately taking my love of music to an even higher level. It is great to come across another site that allows me to showcase my musical talents as well as engage in one my all-time favorite pastimes and/or hobbies. I also perform original songs as well as covers on a site called SingSnap, which is essentially an online karaoke site. Having stumbled upon this site, I look forward to writing more song lyrics, especially with the number of accompaniments that are now at my disposal. I have attempted on numerous occasions to learn to play instruments, to no avail. Singing and songwriting are most definitely my go to in terms of music.
