well you see my doode. it twas a challenge, one i accepted and its more of an interpretation than me /telling/ the listener what every rap song actually sounds like. I kept it light for the fun of it. There is more than one type of rap out there and I chose a structure I like to listen to, which may not have been as mainstream as what you wanted my creation or titling to be.
This isn’t near mainstream hip hop btw. Most percussion in mainstream doesn’t use any reverb, or just very subtle you can’t hear it. It doesn’t use very hip hop drums, which are typically classified as such for being short release. Your open hats are more like crashes, which I are also used, but you need open hats in there. Your hihats don’t Seem to fit under the hip hop category, they’re more future bass lool. But I don’t expect u to know all of this since you don’t make hip hop. Naice trai tho
