Gerien is a 20 years old Music Producer, Professional DJ, Dancer & Song Writer in Vancouver, BC Canada. ​ Gerien got his screen name from his first name and then he took the word "remix" and combined it with his first name. His parents also helped him created his screen name during the time when he is trying to create his dj name. His screen name represents him & his music. ​ DJ Glerix is a young professional DJ and music producer who became popular through social networking. He was discovered and became a professional DJ in Vancouver's nightlife. His skills and mixes gave him an opportunity to work with Mixcloud Company. After all, he began remixing some of the hit songs of some heavy artist such as Far East Movement, Bad Meets Evil, Carly Rae Jepsen and Chris Brown to name few. He also made his first single which is called "Freakin Out" featuring the local DJ of Vancouver DJ Cachete. Last year, he released his first album which is under the license of an Indie Label.
