Chord Sequence in D minor: D minor (D,F,A) (1 bar), F major (F,A,C) (1 bar), A minor (A,C,E) (2 bars). This can be played in any minor key with the chords 1,3,5,5 (1 being the tonic chord, 3 being the 3rd (relative major) and 5 being the dominant).

ok so this is a nice simple chord sequence that you can use, the chords are in the description. make sure you stick to the key of D minor, if you need help with the scale follow this link http://www.musictheoryacademy.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/keyboard-d-natural-minor-scale-300x199.jpg these are the notes you should be using, you can find them on the piano roll.
