In Polish/Czech Folklore, This creature is said to hang around Riverbanks. Making sounds of a Lost baby, in order to lure his prey and trap their souls in his domain. He's also known to make clothes for his victims under the full moon and ride a cart, driven by black cats and carry a sack. Yeah... Very creepy, But cool!
