It looks good :) I would have liked to hear a bit more melody (maybe some synthesizers?)... but that is something to work on the next one.
BTW, you can fade out by using the automation tool: on each track there is a combobox which by default displays the text "Display Off". You have to select "Volume" and then you can play with the volume for the track. If you want to fade out the whole song then you have to do the same with the master channel, which can be made visible from menu View > Show master channel.
