Doesn't sound like it needs to be louder for me. In fact it seems like it is at an appropriate volume for how it's presented.
In general, I think a track should at the very least be able to be listened to comfortably at a volume of 16. Dynamics exist, and not every track needs to blast.
The way this track sounds, it seems like it should not exceed ƒorte, unless some stylistic change were to occur.
