Anything unprocessed is usually good for you. Stuff with fructose or anything you can't pronounce are basically poison. If you think of what our ancestors ate 1000 years ago and stick to that you're all good.

@▽Flow▽, she does ask what your definition of "healthy" is in the description of this post, she might have meant it specifically in relation to healthy food but it could also be interpreted as a more general question lol.

I think healthy food involves a balance of green vegetables, colorful vegetables and fruits, and enough macros and fiber from whatever food you really like, I think it's unhealthy to try and force yourself to eat food you don't like exclusively.
