Don't use so much detune on your saw wave form. It sounds bad. Also put your decay and sustain up, and only have a little release if you are doing leads. Also, don't make it start so abrupt. Make it fade in with volume, or for something even cooler, (like what I did with the track I attached bellow) just put on a butterworth filter and modulate the cutoff so it slowly rises and makes a cool fade in.
