Cool, I like the bass riff, I think you could have spent some time making the drums with the spc rather than using loops, but it is a good beat. I think the new idea you bring in about a 5th of the way through clashes with the original bass riff when they overlap, it happpens at the end as well. My main tip is too try using midi more than samples/loops.
