It's Cinos' passive theme. This was actually made before BLIGHTED_ENTROPY was, but then altered to be more aggressive in order to produce BLIGHTED_ENTROPY. By all accounts, BLIGHTED_ENTROPY is a more fitting theme for Cinos, as the most aggressive character in the entire game. (REGEN [0.9])
