We are group number 11. This is a group for anyone to join. Just post a comment asking to enter, I will check out your songs, and see if you are a pretty good song writer. I make dace/ electric music mainly but I am also into other genres. I hope that we can make this a pretty good group. Comment if you want a specific group in the groups list. Sound Generators

Sound Generators

This group is aimed to both teach and demonstrate how to generate your own sounds using the instruments inside soundation studio. This group will primarily focus on making your own sounds and note clips to use in your own tracks but also show you how to make sounds work within a track. You should have some musical knowledge when you join this. Though you will learn some musical terms if you don't know a whole lot about music. I hope you get your joins worth in this group :) Sound sharing is okay encouraged! If you discover a sound that you would like to share with the group just write a comment with the instrument, values of that instrument, effects used (if any), and values of those effects (skip this if no effects). You can make a spreadsheet or document with the instruments and effects (if any) used to produce a particular sound (Example: http://tinyurl.com/6wocp3c ). You can also save a track as a .sng (Soundation Studio's sound file) and send it to whoever would like to use it. Announcements! Starting January 1, 2013 I will be disallowing all track ads. I will be giving this group more focus at the start of the new year. You will only be allowed to post sounds you have discovered and would like to share. Track posting may be disabled as well. Contest Is Closed This music contest is only for the members of The Ministry Of Soundation There will be a contest 4 times a year, with places of 1st, 2nd And 3rd. First place will win a free soundation intro account donated by PowerFX/Soundation, second place will win 1 sound set of their choice and third will get no prize but their name in fame on the results board along side 1st and 2nd. You may only submit 1 track ( it should be your best ) Your track must be minimum 2 minutes long No invites when contest is open Once track is submited you can't repost another track The Judges Mr MaJesTic - Admin DJ XJM DJ Fox ( Judges may leave feedback and a score ) You will be judged fairly for your originality, creativity and skill in producing your music on your own and in your own style with any instruments, samples, loops, files ect you use .The track must be produced in soundation studio, you can have vocals, imported sounds , samples Or Midi Files. The 3 judges will give points on your track from 1 - 30 and keep a record until the end of the contest then totaled up to make the top 3 with the most points being 1st 2nd & 3rd.
