Glad you asked. Soundation subscriptions give you essential features and extra goodies that will help you make the most out of our studio. Whether you’re a total novice or a seasoned pro, each plan is catered to your specific needs and is sure to enhance your music making experience. Check out all our plans here.

Soundation subscriptions can be paid either monthly or yearly, depending on your preference. Once subscribed, your account will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

To upgrade your account and unlock all the essential studio features, visit the pricing page and you’ll be given upgrade options. You can also upgrade your account on Manage Account page where you can view your current account type. Click “Upgrade Account” to choose the right plan for you.

It might be because your card doesn’t allow foreign transactions. Please contact the bank to unlock your card and try again, or use another payment method.

No worries, everyone occasionally forgets! You can find the reset password page by clicking the “Log In” button on the top menu. On the “Log In” window, click “Forgot password?” at the bottom. This will lead you to a password reset page.

If you want to end your access to the features of our paid plans, please go to Manage Account page and there you’ll find a link to “Cancel Account Subscription.” The cancellation is effective after the current billing period has ended.

If a “Cancel Account Subscription” button is not displayed, please write to support@soundation.com and we’ll look into it for you.

When a subscription payment is made, the commercial licensing for that period has already been issued. As a result, we cannot issue a refund for any unused time in the billing period. 

If you don’t want your subscription to renew automatically, you can cancel your subscription on your  Manage Account page.

Note that if you delete your Soundation account, all saved projects, published tracks, previous purchases, comments and messages in the community will be deleted as well. If you’d like to have your account deleted, please write to support@soundation.com.
