Shout Outs

Want to give someone a high-five for making progress on their music production journey? Care to give us tips on feature-worthy songs that fall off our radar? Or perhaps give a shout out to some submissions that don’t make it to the top of our competitions?

Here’s a group for a virtual pat on the back and all things wholesome. Post links to tracks or users on the comment section below. We might consider featuring tracks recommended here on top of the tracks posted in “Share Your Sounds” (#music genre) groups on the Community.

Terms:
• Do not recommend yourself!
• Recommended tracks have to be made using Soundation.
• Please follow our Community Guidelines. Failure to do so will result in a ban.

Otherwise just keep trying, get involved with the community in other ways than spamming, try making friends, try using the hangout with your new found friends, learn from each other, check out andreas tips n tricks group. My music theory group has a few .sng files for you to have a look at and get ideas from. Kracked Echo has a "Soundation's Instrument School" group that you can ask for help in. Spamming a link to your track isn't going to benefit you or anyone else. it is your responsibility for your own progress, don't blame other people.

You are being unfair, do you think the users you are talking to weren't in the position where they were just starting? everyone was in that position but they didn't spam on pages like this, you don't get support by spamming all day, you need to earn respect and followers not ask for them. One way of doing this is by entering competitions, you will be noticed if you make decent music.

You think the popular users are full of themselves because they don't listen to all the annoying "checkmytrack" they get or are posted on every group? Or because they flag comments that are clearly inappropriate for this group? Do you think it is the duty of more popular members to accept the "check track" requests, we don't get paid or get anything at all for doing it, and believe me a lot of popular users do follow through these requests but they do get very tiresome over time.

A lot of Soundation users are having trouble with making music. and most of the "best producers" hardly help. They're full of themselves. So all these people your flagging might be the ones who need that help. So stop being so closed minded about the "spammers", we just want feedback and helpful tips that's why we "Spam" so hopefully we can get featured and people would listen and maybe help us.

instead of flagging us, why don't you take the time and listen to our songs and give us feedback or tell us ideas about the song or something. and i know you have the time to do that because you spending a shitload of time making more sounds that more than 2/3rds of soundation users cant even use because we dont have an account other than the free ones.

While we're at it, maybe you should make the "users can't join" section bigger as well.

I second carlas opinion ot may be a 10 minute long song but its so amazing. Although me and tydal wavr are competeing to get a feature first, this song teally deserves it.
